Coming from humble beginnings, Srinivas understands how strongly access to quality education can influence a child’s confidence, opportunities, and future. He witnessed the gap between children who receive extensive educational support and those from families with limited resources. This personal experience inspired him to create Study100on100.

His vision is to give every child an equal opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed, regardless of financial or social background. He believes that a strong foundation built during the early years can equip children with the confidence, curiosity, and capabilities needed to face future academic challenges and pursue ambitious goals.

Throughout his career, Srinivas has guided more than 400 Lean Six Sigma projects, trained over 12,000 professionals across 12+ industries, and contributed to documented savings exceeding $40 million for leading organisations.

Srinivas is also the Founder of Lean6SigmaPro and Skoolz, a Startup Mentor at the Atal Incubation Centre, Dayananda Sagar University, and a Visiting Professor.

Beyond his professional work, Srinivas enjoys spending time with young children, especially those under six, whose curiosity and joyful energy he deeply values. He is also a passionate chess player, a former engineering-college champion who represented his institution at the state level, and an enthusiastic follower of cricket.

Reeja is the technology powerhouse of Study100on100, with an MCA and 18 years of product development experience. She has contributed to 50+ products, led 10+ major launches, and worked with Huawei Technologies. A thought leader who writes on technology and innovation, her strengths lie in product lifecycle management, scalability, and tech-business alignment.

At Study100on100, she drives the end-to-end technology journey—from design to deployment—ensuring secure, robust, and scalable platforms for millions of learners.

Sushma is a passionate early childhood education professional with over 13 years of experience in kindergarten teaching, curriculum planning, academic coordination, and classroom leadership. She has served as a Nursery to Senior KG Facilitator for 10 years and as an Academic Coordinator for several years, giving her a deep, practical understanding of how young children learn, communicate, and grow.

A Kidzee-trained educator with three years of experience in the Kidzee Education Group, Sushma is also a Certified Jolly Phonics Trainer and holds certifications in Child Psychology and School Counseling. Her dedication to creating meaningful and engaging learning experiences has earned her the Best Teacher Award.

At Study100on100, Sushma brings valuable classroom experience and child-development expertise to the design of age-appropriate curricula, activities, worksheets, and early-learning resources. She helps ensure that every learning experience is joyful, developmentally appropriate, easy for parents to use, and meaningful for young children.

Beyond her work in education, Sushma is also a yoga instructor and serves as a jury member for yoga competitions, bringing expertise in evaluating yoga postures and performances.

A distinguished educationist with over 40 years of experience, Ms. Kalpana Mohan served as Principal of Vidyashilp Academy for over 18 years and played a key role in establishing PNC Cognitio and Basil Woods International Schools. A respected school leader, teacher trainer, and certified Cambridge Programme Leader, she was honoured with recognitions including the Swarna Karnataka Shikshana Rathna, Best Principal Award, and Distinguished Educator–India Award.
